am Karen, Daughter of Deane. Thanks to my mother, I am linked to
a rich lineage of individuals, for whom creativity is as essential
as breathing. They have charted my course, inspiring me to live
creatively and to surround myself with like minded people. Artistically,
I work with gemstones and crystals. They speak to my heart and guide
my fingers, and I focus on listening and doing the next thing. I
string beads, bend wire and add enhancements until each piece of
jewelry, talisman, or hanging is complete. I am often surprised
and always delighted with the finished piece, that takes on a life
of its own in the making. I am content to creatively flow, and stay
constantly open to new ideas.
Copper
and Silver are the quintessential representations Of the Divine
Feminine. Copper is rich and warm in color, flowing and flexible.
It easily bends to incorporate and include other shapes or objects.
Silver has long associations with the moon and the Divine Feminine.
It attracts and holds the energies emitted by gemstones. Copper
